This review is by my wife: I started seeing Dr. Swamy over 2 years ago and find her to be warm, caring and very competent. She listens attentively to any issue and responds with a plan (lab tests, referrals, follow up appointments). Her staff is quite efficient when I call or send a message through the app for the office. I'm not sure if she is taking new patients but, if so, I would recommend her and the office.
If I could give this woman zero stars, just know that I would. I don't think I've ever met a doctor who is so indifferent and heartless when talking to her patients. It really feels like she doesn't care if her patients live or die. It's like she's on autopilot and just waiting to clock out. And I'm not saying this out of nowhere; I had three appointments with this woman. Two out of the three were me asking for referrals because she would constantly forget to send them out. I am surprised Dr Swamy has No reviews... I have seen her for the first time and was very satisfied with the visit. She asked the right questions, checked everything and I will definitely keep har as my Doctor
