Christian is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I have NEVER had an independent mechanic as HONEST AND FAIR as him. I’d absolutely recommend him and Shyft Happens! When our Jeep broke I thought we were sunk! In just over a week he had two axles, tie rods, water pump, brakes and rotors done and the only reason for the time was waiting for parts that he REFUSED to gouge us on! Our beloved “Cherry” is fixed and drives SOO beautifully! THANK YOU CHRISTIAN!
One never wants to have car troubles while traveling across country, especially in fairly remote areas, which is what happened to my family. Oberlin, Kansas was the nearest place that had mechanics, so we stopped there to try to find help. Christian, the owner of Shyft Happens Repair, made himself immediately available to us and got us diagnosed in a jiffy. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not in stock in Oberlin. I called Christian when my A/C went out in my car while I was out of town, he came to my house to diagnose the very next day. We ordered the new part and he came and got it took it to his shop and replaced. Turns out that part was not the only thing that needed fixed, so we had to do more looking. Thru the process he was very open and honest and transparent with pricing and helped me to get the best deal. Even came to my job (I work out of town) to finish fixing! 10/10 recommend.....
