If I could give half a star I would. This man has no bedside manner. I went in after a very serious cardiac episode of tachycardia. All he did was look at paramedics reports and do an ekg and he must have noticed my long history of PTSD, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, etc from an injury sustained 20 years ago in the army. He sent me away with nothing. I asked for Holter Monitor and he said no, you don’t need that. It’s just anxiety. Dr. Bhakta is an amazing sweet,honest and caring man. He took great care of me when I had 3 heartattacks in a row.
Terrible office staff...no one answers phone... told me my blood work was good...but, it was not....low hemoglobin which meant blood bleed!!! Could not get with his office. Left several messages and no reply.....stay away from this doctor

He confirmed after many test the right side of my heart was enlarged and had a hole. I'm gonna keep this short and sweet, a while back next to Trumbull I seen a cardiologist about my heart palpitations, Dr. Bhakta. He confirmed after many test the right side of my heart was enlarged and had a hole. He set me up for surgery where they put the camera at the end of the tube and it goes in your artery straight to the heart, it can be done in the arm or leg.
