ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The lady who runs this Place is uneducated, rude and has no idea what she is doing. I’ve rented for 12 years all over Maryland, DC, PA and have never been treated with such disrespect as she did. DO NOT RENT or BUY from these TERRIBLE PEOPLE. First of all she was late, then lied to me for days. Then called my fiancé my friend. Then told me a few more days and nothing. The place is still up for rent now on Mendenhall Dr, in mechanicsburg. AVOID THIS company at all costs.
Horrible, horrible realtor! Moved me into a house that she owns and made me and my dog sick. Not only that rat infestation throughout the entire home. Heater stopped working, electrical issues etc then she’s so fake acting like she care but a typical one of them in it only for money. Thank God it was a temp lease until she repaired many things. I’m running from this big house of horror! Don’t rent 7864 Shield Rd in Frisco until she invest in the home and fix all of the many issues in this home, including the rats that party ... read more
