I was so pleased with her and how she communicated with me and answered my many questions.
The actual procedure I guess went ok. But pre and post procedure not so good. My scheduled procedure time and I'm told they are at lunch so it was 30 minutes late. Then after procedure took her 45 minutes after waking up for her to come in to talk to me and half way through has the audacity to answer her cell phone and walk out. Waited another 5 minutes for her to come back in to rush through the rest of the immediate results. The place was disorganized. Almost didn't give me discharge papers.
