John had handled my insurance for a long time and when it came time to enroll in Medicare he was very thorough with explaining to me all the different plans and which would be helpful to me. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and kind and cares about his clients. Definitely the best insurance agent around. My family uses John too!
The lady was mean and misleading, soon as I walked in she was treating the couple before me horrible, I figured they did something but no, it's just how she was, I figured she had to be the owner because no way in the world would she be treating people with such disrespect, but she isn't the owner.
