Call because they claim they are pro bono on their website the Florida bar even said they are pro bono. said sorry we can't take your case we don't handle that kind of stuff we don't do pro bono or constituency I want to recommend calling them because of this is false advertising and makes this a fake law firm because the nice people I talked to before the intake person so I don't know if it's just the intake person but I wouldn't even bother calling because apparently that person is telling almost everybody that they're not... read more

If I could give Shutts & Bowen 0 stars, I would. I worked with one of their partners, Tim, for over a month and had the worst experience with a professional service that I've ever encountered. More than a dozen deadline commitments were made and unmet. After delay after delay, I finally sent an email expressing my frustrations and outlining all of the unmet promises. Instead of the expected outcome of getting things moving, I received an email stating that "the relationship is poisoned" and we should seek council elsewhere. ... read more
