If you’re looking for someone to listen to your side and advocate for you, avoid Rachel Laborde. I had a bad feeling about her after our first interactions as she showed unprepared to our meeting. When I voiced my concerns to her about feeling unsupported by my own attorney, she spent an hour (which she billed me for) trying to convince me to remain her client. Fast forward 2 months in, she had used nearly all of my $5k retainer and had made minimal progress in my case. Do not waste your time and money here!
