I have reliably been using shuttle park 2 for my travel needs for 4 years now. It’s disappointing to read the negative reviews but I have not had a bad experience. Drivers are friendly, lift my bags for me without asking and the shuttle to and from the airport is always reliable. It is the cheapest and most convenient place in my opinion and I receive discounts because I use them very often. For example on a current trip the going price for 4 days was $78 I paid $16 because I use shuttlepark2 often.
I called to arrange pick up per the instructions in the email, I have never flown into Seattle and utilized the pickup before and the attendant asked where I was I said I’m on island 3 there’s traffic on both sides of me, he laughed and told me to call back when I was in the right place. Was extremely unhelpful telling me where I needed to be, despite being being in the right spot and him just being incompetent and not understanding me. Will not be using again, or recommending.
