I called to arrange pick up per the instructions in the email, I have never flown into Seattle and utilized the pickup before and the attendant asked where I was I said I’m on island 3 there’s traffic on both sides of me, he laughed and told me to call back when I was in the right place. Was extremely unhelpful telling me where I needed to be, despite being being in the right spot and him just being incompetent and not understanding me. Will not be using again, or recommending.

I have been a loyal customer for ShuttlePark 2 for 2 years. The overall experience had been positive until I was treated with no respect twice by the same driver, who is a black man wearing gold accessories and a hat. The 1st time, I was waiting for the shuttle with a white family. The driver only helped the white family with the luggage but ignored me. This Black driver, as a Black person himself, clearly understands the harm and impact of racial discrimination, yet he discriminates against Asian tourists. It’s hard to understand what he feels superior about. His attitude toward Asian tourists is completely different from how he treats other passengers, and he even used offensive language. We paid for the service just like everyone else, so his behavior is unacceptable. The driver treated different ethnic groups with a noticeable disparity in attitude, being overly friendly to some while completely ignoring Asian passengers.

Had to wait for 30 minutes for airport pickup after calling. IMO avoid shuttle park 2 at all costs.
