Used Shuttlepark2 for multiple trips. No complaints. Drivers are very professional.
I’ve been waiting over 30min for the shuttle pickup, despite calling as soon as I landed to give them a heads up, and then as soon as I got to baggage claim. They wouldn’t send a shuttle until I got to the island (5min later) because “otherwise they’d be waiting”. Well, I’ve been waiting for *them * in the cold — cool customer service. Two shuttles pulled up to tell me that I couldn’t take it and had to wait longer. Will NEVER use again. Flight landed at 9:50pm, I’m still waiting for my shuttle at 11pm
