Bad company, the drivers are unprofessional and shouldn’t work at all, they shouldn’t even have any stars. They don’t respect the people that give them the work. if it weren’t for patients they wouldn’t be in business. So they don’t care. The office staff is also unreliable. Better to choose another company that isn’t this one. Zero stars.

Extremely disappointing. I was very pleased when I saw my patient being picked up 30min earlier than requested. My patient was scheduled for a 2PM pick up from his appointment and it is now 2:59PM. I am on hold as I am typing this. First call was a 10min hold, up to the point where the music stopped playing. I redialed and the lady immediately put me on hold. Its been another 7min. 0 stars!!! So many bad things! The drivers don’t know how to drive and they basically make their own schedule. They don’t care what time you have your appointment or time you are done. If you try and talk to someone about these issues they don’t want to hear it and just hang up on you. They are so rude!
