I should have read reviews before booking. They gave the wrong information to the shuttle company and my shuttle wasn’t there for me and they will not provide a refund
Didn’t show up. Unclear directions. Staff really could care less. Better go with someone else if you don’t have 3 hours to waste.
DO NOT USE THEM. I requested a shuttle and they never showed up and refused to refund the money. I Filed a dispute with my credit card
coordinated with ride share. Had a quick response time to all my needs and questions. made sure things were going as planned. followed up. courteous and friendly
This place is a scam. They are impossible to contact and will disappear with your money. Do not book.
