Brilliant Shutters, excellent service, easy to fit with great video instructions online.
Ordered 3 roller shutters. Battery operated and wall fit. Installed them with my brother in one day. Good quality and best price I could find. Liam was very helpful with adjusting limits. They answer their phone calls better than other suppliers also. One tip for battery operated - charge batteries befor install and connect before fixing shutter. That way you can remove the packaging around the roller shutter easier.
I ordered 5 roller shutters and i had a lot of trouble with installation. The shutters were a good quality with only 1 slide insert drilled off centre and shows on the front. The problems were. Remote controllers not arrived in package. They sent the 2 after in a short time frame but still... I got some mysterious parts/roller thingies which no one knows what it is for... For the runners, no end plates and not even painted black, looks ugly. No small bolts to fix the loose internal dividing panel from motor. Measurement, on ... read more
