After trying to deal with Ethan Allen to get them to come out and look at my defective shades, I had to contact Hunter Douglas in order to have them recommend another dealer rep in the area. After contacting Hunter Douglas, arrangements were made for Wilmington Blinds & Shutters to come out and take a look at my shades, which they did that day. If you have any need for any blinds, shutters, etc. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and accommodating. Thanks to Robert and Deborah for their professionalism.
