We can't speak highly enough about Charles Gardella and Shutters Portland. We bought a house with no window treatments, and he guided us to choose what we feel are the perfect options. His installer did a wonderful job. We are so happy with the shutters all across the front of our house that we have now--with Charles's good advice--ordered blinds for two other rooms.
I love my shutters. They were made several years ago but are in excellent shape. They were made in 3 sections so I can close a section if the sun is too bright and still maintain a good view. Charles and his assistant were gave me some great suggestions. Recently I thought one of the shutters had developed a problem and his assistant came out and solved it quickly.
