I used this company to install shutters in my house - total of over $30K. Initially Ron was very obliging but now refuses to fix a shutter with a problematic screw that's keeps falling out, thus preventing the sliding shutter from opening. He has been out once to fix it but it has happened again and he claims it is not his fault. The owner of the business, Ron, installed shutters in three rooms of our house. About two years later, the plastic pins holding the louvers in places started to regularly break. According to Ron this wasn't a problem with his product. The plastic in the pins was getting brittle and shearing off because "the Sun made them hot". So, shutters getting Sun on them, caused them to break. Anyway, he explained he wouldn't be coming to fix them.
