The service, quality and workmanship from Andrew is second to none. Our kitchen shutters ended up having an issue with it that wasn’t a straight forward fix. Andrew went out of it his to think up a solution for us and get it manufactured, and kept going until the problem was resolved, keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Throughout our renovation process it’s been rare that we have come across such amazing service and we are absolutely blown away by Andrew and his company. 10/10 recommend - we love our shutters!!

I can’t recommend Andrew & the team highly enough. From quote to install everything has been absolutely seamless. We are so happy with our plantation shutters. It has also been wonderful to support a family owned local business.
While the installation was well done, i have just one suggestion. the credit card fee is 1.75% if paying by credit card. Rather than say there is that fee, it should be also quoted in dollars & cents. More than $55 for that fee seems far too high.
Excellent customer service from an owner operator Brisbane-based company with many years of experience. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a quality job, large or small, as he quotes, keeps you up to date during the manufacture period, then delivers and installs. We would definitely use Shutters Direct again in the future.
