I am so incredibly delighted with my shutters. They look fabulous and have really made a huge difference to the amount of light in my home. The entire team at shutters direct were great, from Sandie & Ally in the office, to Andy’s measure & quote all the way through to Deb & Ken who installed them. I was kept informed of the timeline for import regularly. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of product and service received. Highly recommend.
Shutters Direct offer a friendly and professional service . We love our outdoor patio shutters which have transformed our outdoor relaxing and dining deck They look great and are so versatile as you can adapt them to all weather. Recently we replaced old Venetian blinds in my sewing room with indoor shutters and I love them. I highly recommend Andrew and his lovely team .

Great service and response for our shutter refurbishment job. Their office kept us up to date with the parts needed and they attended both the initial inspection and follow up repair on time. When the repair process took much longer than anticipated they still honoured the initial quote. Note that our shutters were not originally installed by Shutters Direct but they sourced the required parts without fuss. Highly recommend Andrew has his team.
