They said it would take 6-8 weeks for shutters to be made and installed. It has been 7 months and they shutters are in but took many tries and still 3 shutters do not work properly from the date they were installed. They are not servicing what they sold and are not even trying to correct the problems. They have not communicated unless I make the first call. Please be aware of what they offer.
