If you don't care about customer service Pat's is the place. I set up 3 different dates for repair, all 3 were a no show, no one never called to say they weren't coming. One of those days was my birthday, sat around for 8 hours. This was over the course of the summer, called again to reschedule, now out of service.
Wish we had seen this. We paid 1/2 down in October. Then he had an 'emergency' in Nebraska. We have not been able to contact him since. We are sitting with no blinds and lots of company. We are so angry.
Don't leave half deposit, you will loose all leverage. Job started in December of 2015 and still not done in April. Communication is terrible. Did not take away replaced parts. Terrible follow through. Customer Service is almost not existent! So frustrated with Pat, would not recommend him to any one. Leverage is the key, if you don't have any, you are done!
