We had our roller shades installed by Shutterhawk. They were more reasonably priced. Owner Amy called to offer options when the manufacturer ran short on material. Did a split installation at our request. Kept us up to date on delivery times and did a fabulous job. Installers Steven and Phillip did a spotless install, connected everything to our wifi, explained the operation of the blinds, the app and the remote to us. They answered all of my questions. We purchased all our shades and plantation shutters from Shutterhawk several years ago and had a great experience. Recently Steven came to our home to replace the wifi hub for our motorized shades in the four-season room, and we are pleased with the updates. The team replaced the old MyLink system with an updated Tahoma hub, which was a big improvement and more compatible with our internet setup.
