When an accident while cleaning our blinds caused a slat to pop off, we worried that we were in for a costly repair. We called Shutterhawk to see if it could be repaired, or if it would need to be replaced. Amy asked a couple of questions and quickly diagnosed the problem: the pin holding the slat had broken. We purchased our closet system, shades and plantation shutters from Shutterhawk several years ago and had a great experience. Recently Jeremy came to our home to make some changes to the closet system in our master closet. We were impressed with how quickly Shutterhawk came to our home to address the changes. Shutterhawk provided great service and handled everything professionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for closet organizers, plantation shutters or window shades.
We had Shutterhawk install nice wood shutters and a Smartdrape shade for our slider. They were very professional during installation. I would use them again. Forgot to mention they installed out our closet.
