I wanted a very specific shutter...wood stained with tapered 3 1/2 inch louvers. Only one other company in town offered tapered louvers and they were plastic. The shutter shop was great! It was great to be able to walk in the shop and see the process! They stained the shutters to match my interior wood. They were perfect - high quality!!!! They were fast! Their bid was below everyone in town! Would definitely use them again!!! Love you guys!!!
