On June 24, 2024 I called the Shutter Shop to inquire about getting my outdoor shutters repainted or refreshed. When I told him I was told about a good cleaning and a good vinyl refresher as an option, he could have simply told me that he didn't do that kind of work, or they just did interior shutters. Instead, he rudely told me that in that case, I could get a ladder and do it myself. Great customer service. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

I had a large shutter on which multiple slats were disconnected from the tilt bar. The Shutter Shop handled & repaired it promptly & with good quality. Winston was responsive and easy to work with to get this accomplished. And the workman I met on drop off & pick up was totally knowledgeable & super nice. I highly recommend this small business!!
Never finished the job. Installation happened, part was missing. Guy was to bring back the part and never did. Calls went unreturned.
