The current owners are terrible to work with. We loved working with previous owner Ben. But Andy doesn’t understand customer service. We hate the shades he installed as they were not what we ordered. He never made it right.
I bought some amazing Silhouette and Roller Shades from Shutter and Shade. Andy helped me go through the options and he explained the products very well. Their whole team is well trained and knowledgeable about the products. Oscar and Pat installed the shades and they look amazing. Highly recommend their service!!
The team here is absolutely AMAZING! I bought Hunter Douglas motorized roller shades for my home, and they work like a dream! It's so easy to handle and maintain! And the guys did such a great job installing them for me. Highly recommend! ❤️
i ordered two shutters in advance of a larger order to try them out - they completely messed up the order, came out to remeasure not once but twice, and then never reordered anything and never returned my multiple emails and calls asking for my $500 deposit back - do not use this business!
