The louvers they sell is the worst ever and will crack in one week , they use the cheapest wood
They never answer calls, no customer service at all
These folks are great. After my dog chewed some shutter slats, was able to get replacement parts in just a couple of days. The fit was PRECISE. You can’t even tell they were replaced. To top it off, they called me twice with regard to some delivery issues I was having. Just terrific customer service.

Shutter Medic is great. Patrick went above and beyond and made a part for me that wasn't on the website. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and were easy to install. I will definitely use them again if needed.
