They started out great, very cooperative with corresponding via messages and emails. Worked pretty quickly. Then I went to put up the shutters by myself for the first time. Epic fail. I paid for the kind that are easiest to install without help. Half of the panels didn't fit properly and required I awkwardly hold up the panel with one hand while tightening the washer with the other.
