I had a really disappointing experience with Shutter Experts. They cancelled my installation on the day of the appointment after my husband took already taken a day off from work. Trying to reschedule was frustrating as well. They were very inflexible with timing and expected me to take yet another day off, even though the original appointment was made before they even had my shutters ready. Overall, the lack of organization and consideration for customers’ time was very disappointing.

We ordered shades with an expected delivery of 3-4 weeks, but it took almost two months to receive them. The night before our original delivery was scheduled, it was cancelled because their shipment from the previous week "did not have our items." No accountability was taken -- we were told it was the manufacturer's fault, with no apology or consideration for the inconvenience. In 2020, I got shutters installed in our brand new house by Yuriy and his crew and they excellent. Time passed and true to his word, 5 years later a couple shutter frames were coming loose due to wear and tear. With no hesitation, he sent Paul. Paul was great and took care of everything quickly and made sure I was happy with the job done. It is rare to see companies nowadays with this kind of customer service in making sure their clients are happy. I am happy that Yuriy and his team is the one I chose to do the job in 2020.
