The rail has been unscrewed and the shutter will not slide open or close because the rail is sagging. Update. Yuri and I communicated about the shutter's condition mentioned in my review. That same day, Yuri scheduled Paul (he is the same individual that installed my shutters the first time) to fix the shutter's sagging rail. Paul showed up on time today as scheduled by Yuri and fixed the problem. He also realigned the other shutters in the living room to make it slide smoothly. I have had Shutter Experts put in blinds in my previous home and shutters in my current home. In both instances, they were both the best company for their quotes and service. I knew they backed up their warranty when the blinds displayed UV discoloration. Yuri came in and replaced all the blinds in my previous home. If I can give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst company out there to get shutters trom. All the warranty paperwork says 90 days for return or repairs free of cost. Well it's been a month since l've had mine and I reached out to the company to get them Repaired and they just did a poor job overall. Doesn't even look nice anymore. Requested to get a refund and they said they couldn't because they had already repaired them. Mind you all my shutters have cracks in them joints are very widely open and just an eye sore. Excellent product. Excellent service. Great communication....we put in shutters a couple of years ago but we could only afford the living room and kitchen. We just recently finished the house and they match perfectly...great job you guys....the installer did a great job as well. And the price was right. Thank you.
