I had a really disappointing experience with Shutter Experts. They cancelled my installation on the day of the appointment after my husband took already taken a day off from work. Trying to reschedule was frustrating as well. They were very inflexible with timing and expected me to take yet another day off, even though the original appointment was made before they even had my shutters ready.
