I will give a review on one star because they did fix the problem. HOWEVER, I was quoted a price of around $300 to repair our storm shutter. I was charged $550. I was told by the technician that payment was due upon completion. I was told an invoice would be sent to me by the office later in the day. I questioned why it cost almost double the estimate.
