Shute's was amazing from my first call with Jessica to Brian and the crew driving away when the job was done. They got here quickly after the storm took care of everything including calming me of my new found tree fear. I will definitely be using them for all our tree needs and recommending to anyone that needs trees trimmed or removed.
Brian and his crew did a fantastic job trimming several of our overhanging branches and went above and beyond what was expected. Brian himself delivers excellent customer service and on the day of the job his team did great work and cleaned up the space as if they were never there. They even did a few extra branches that were not even included in the quote as a courtesy. I will use them again for any future tree service needs and highly recommend them.
Absolutely fantastic experience! From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally. The crew was skilled, courteous, and clearly experienced. They removed the tree quickly and safely, and the yard looked better than before they started. It’s not easy to find reliable contractors these days, but this company exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone needing tree removal or trimming services!
Heavy snow knocked our tree down so we needed assistance getting it all cleaned up and removed. Within a couple hours of calling, Shute’s Tree Service was at my house and got to work. They did a great job. I was very impressed with how fast they came and completed the job. Communication was very easy as well. Would def recommend!
Very thorough and honest. Brian is very down to earth and cares about his customers - a rare trait nowadays. He has a great team of employees. His wife, the office manager, is very organized and pleasant. Highly recommend!
