This was just posted on a local Facebook page: I hate to be the most negative person on the internet today but I do need to warn everyone to stay far away from Shuswap Tree Services. We have used Nik in the past to take care of our trees both at home and at the restaurant and had no issue. Months ago, we reached out to have two larger trees removed from our backyard. Amazing work ethic displayed by Colby and his team. They were on time to start, which is impressive by its self in this day and age. Our tree was in a very tricky spot surrounded by fencing and a custom flag stone patio. Colby was very perfect and worked through each limb with precision and patient's cutting it and lowering it down via a pulley system. I can not recommend this company enough, very pleased and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Excellent service and quick to respond. We had a huge threat to our powerlines and home when our giant maple split and they were able to be on site the next day to do a risk assessment and qoute. Pricing was very fair based on many other qoutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable and did not leave a single leaf behind.
He said he would be at my place at 9 a.m....didn't show up ...I called him to set up another time and he actually hung up on me !!! No professionalism at all . I hired this company when Rhett owned it he was fantastic
These guys are the best came out as fast as they could in there busy day to come rescue are family cat that was stuck way up in a tree she is safe at home thanx to the fast actions of shuswap tree service we are forever grateful to you guys thank you so very much
