The staff are professional and personable. I had a trailer hitch put on my new Subaru Outback and the look and quality is comparable, or better, than if I had it done at the Subaru dealer, at HALF the cost!!! Do not look elsewhere.

Shuswap Trailers was AMAZING!! I called every trailer rental place around the Shuswap, Kamloops included & they were all booked & not helpful at all. After speaking to the knowledgeable young lady at Shuswap Trailers I booked a 6 x 12 trainer for the move. I was blown away by how fast, & helpful they were. They helped us hook up the trailer & they were nothing but professional & excellent every step of the transaction. Wow!! Rented a livestock trailer, and boy were they on-point making sure I was set up and out the door with the right setup. I had brought a rental truck because our towing vehicle had a mirror fall off, and the truck wasn't set up as expected but the guys at Shuswap Trailers & Equipment got me sorted and on the road without a hitch (see what I did there?). Awesome!! Kamloops is my "local" market but I will definitely go out of my way in future to deal with these folks.
