I’m from Toronto and was visiting a friend in Salmon Arm when I worked out at this gym. While some of the equipment felt a bit outdated, I was really impressed by the variety of machines and equipment available. The guy at the front desk was very helpful, and the people at the gym were polite and hygienic, which can be hard to find in Toronto gyms. Overall, it was a great experience.
Terrible customer service, I go to the gym consistently, payed for three months and then something came up that didnt allow me to go anymore and they wouldn’t give me a refund or even a discount. Go to Anytime, much better service.
