My wife suffered a bad heel injury and attended the Shuswap Outpatient Clinic. The nurses were absolutely fantastic. The physiotherapy team are just the greatest. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to Matt for all his work and effort with my wife.
July 15th 2025 between 3 and 4 pm. I was treated terribly by 2 women working there. The woman at the desk. She accused me of budging in line when I did not. She must have not noticed me come in or something. I am in chronic pain and I stood and waited my turn like everyone else. There was only one woman at the desk right in front of the door so we were all lined up out the door even though there was only 6 people. She had a terrible accusing tone and attitude toward me. First time at the newly renovated space. It was clean organized and fast. Friendly staff. Much less busy and quicker than previous visits but maybe I just got lucky with almost no wait on a Thursday morning drop in for blood work.
We have always had a great experience, good wait times, friendly staff, my baby has routine blood work that has to get done and they are always amazing, kind, gentle and quick to get his blood work
I have been here many times for blood work or ECGs and am generally very impressed by how kind and friendly the staff are.
