Wonderful service! They easily got my faxed requisition and, having arrived at 8:20A.M., I was seen within 20 minutes with no appointment. The lady who took my blood (I did not get her name) was very kind and patient. She easily accommodated my need to lay down during the draw. Afterwards, I had to lie back down twice from lightheadedness, and she emphasized to take my time and asked me questions to distract me. My wife suffered a bad heel injury and attended the Shuswap Outpatient Clinic. The nurses were absolutely fantastic. The physiotherapy team are just the greatest. I would like to extend my personal gratitude to Matt for all his work and effort with my wife.
July 15th 2025 between 3 and 4 pm. I was treated terribly by 2 women working there. The woman at the desk. She accused me of budging in line when I did not. She must have not noticed me come in or something. I am in chronic pain and I stood and waited my turn like everyone else. There was only one woman at the desk right in front of the door so we were all lined up out the door even though there was only 6 people. She had a terrible accusing tone and attitude toward me. First time at the newly renovated space. It was clean organized and fast. Friendly staff. Much less busy and quicker than previous visits but maybe I just got lucky with almost no wait on a Thursday morning drop in for blood work.
