The only small complaint I have is being called "my dear". It comes across as condescending. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the staff interactions and testing. Dr. Thompson is great. I feel she genuinely cares. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
As always treated well from front end, testing staff and Dr Tracy Thompson is thorough, never rushes and is genuinely passionate about eye care.
Fast friendly and I know they work hard to please
I never thought I would write a review like this. If you have a unique or complex eye condition, do not expect to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. This office was highly recommended to me, and I want to be clear that the staff and doctors themselves are kind and professional. However, when I called explaining that I was in significant pain and having trouble seeing, I was told to contact another office.
