My dad had emergency surgery this week and the care he had from the ED to the OR back to the unit was wonderful. I am ever thankful for the kind nurse on nights that also provided me comfort when I arrived in the middle of the night from a long trip to be there. Such kindness is rare and I am so thankful for our experience.
I received prompt and excellent care from the emergency department. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all attentive and kind with addressing my needs and questions. Feeling grateful to have this hospital in town!
Even if you’re dying risk it and go to Vernon
It's truly difficult to rate service that after 6 hours is non-existent. Although, I did manage to be ignored for an hour of that actually inside the ER.
If I could leave zero stars I would , when someone goes in with chest pains don't make them wait 5 hours, this is the worst hospital ever!! Negative zero stars!! WORST HOSPITAL EVER
