Shuswap Health Foods Ltd is a long-standing, local health food store in Salmon Arm, operating since the early 1980s. So, I really like this health foods store in Piccadilly Mall. Shuswap health has a unique retail selection, including bulk food, whole coffee beans, exceptional frozen foods and vitamin supplements. They also have the occasional discount sales you can take advantage of. I would much like to come back to this store next time I visit Piccadilly.
The older lady I asked for assistance was super snotty. When I mentioned her attitude to another employee she didn’t seem to care. With how little help I got and the fact she didn’t have the time of day I won’t be returning.
I've been a loyal customer for years! Love the employees!!!! I had a very unfortunate experience meeting the store owner. I returned a tea that just didn't taste right and the owner leaned into my face and said "You just don't like it!" Ummmm no. Actually it's my favorite and I have been drinking it for 10years. She replied "You just don't like it. I love it. I drink it everyday." Not a professional, polite or respectful comment to make.
