*HAD MY FIRST FLOAT* And it was awesome! I listened to Kate's excellent instructions and just let my body "go". So glad I did this. I arrived feeling tired and stressed. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. It felt like I was lying on a giant cozy loofah cloud....warm, supported, and super relaxing. I was travelling through the interior of BC from Vernon to the Shuswap on October 31st and called over 25 clinics for a massage. All voicemail or closed businesses. I called Shuswap Float and Wellness and a lady by the name of Kate actually answered the phone at 4:00 on a Saturday. Kate is great! And the services at Shuswap Float & Wellness leave me feeling deeply relaxed. I have had deep tissue massage, Neurospa therapy, a float session and Access Bars treatments at the centre and will keep going back. These services have been a huge support to me while going through some stressful situations in life. If you have never been for a float, you need to try it - simply ahhhmazing!!!
