I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. I scheduled an appointment well in advance and made arrangements around the agreed time. On the day of the appointment, the cleaner simply did not show up — no call, no text, no email. I waited for hours and tried reaching out multiple times by phone and message, but received no response whatsoever. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication.
