Dr. Shusman, always listens, shows concern and cares about me and my concerns.
The Dr. is excellent he is very down to earth and professional.
He rushes, in & out as quickly as he can make it, doesn’t seem to have true interest, or compassion as to why you’re there, could go on, try hard to find another doctor.

Dr. Shusman is an exceptional doctor. He listens intently. He always offers excellent advice. He refers you to great specialists. He will see you quickly if you have an urgent need. His staff is great. They are very accommodating. Highly recommend.
Dr. Shushman is what I remember of doctors years ago; he spends the needed time with patient; he listens to what the patient is saying and prompts them for more information. He's kind, very knowledgeable (will even talk holistic alternatives if patient asks) and I've never felt rushed. I've been his patient for 10 years now; dealt with bronchitis a few times and a couple of colds. His office staff is gracious, accommodating; they understand the sense of urgency when need be.
This doc came highly recommended to me. He's earned local TOP DOC awards & is medical director for a nursing facility. For these reasons & needing a doc, I chose him. BIG MISTAKE! He's hard to get an appointment with & if you can, you'll get 5-15 minutes of his time. He rarely lets you finish a question before dictating. With several medical issues, he never schedules follow-up visits to keep these conditions under control. Currently looking for a new doctor. So disappointing!!

Caring Doctor Dr. Shusman is a doctor who takes the time you need. You don't always find that today. He doesn't rush you out the door, and you feel that he is actually listening to you. He has a good bedside manner, and my family and I have always gotten excellent care from Dr. Shusman. I hope he's not planning on retirement any time soon!
