Very professional. Explained and assisted with the insurance process. Customer service and patient care were exceptional. I saved a lot of money contacting this company for my fathers appointments.
Great company! Not only did they do a fantastic job of transporting my family member, but when my family member passed away, they sent flowers and some of them even attended the viewing services. This is definitely a company who shows compassion and caring for their patients. I highly recommend this company.
I used this company to take my mother to her appointments as she was bed confined. When I called I was greated warmly and was walked through the process and all my questions were answered....and I had a lot of them. I loved that I did not feel rushed nor pressured to make a decision. When the EMTs came to pick up my mother, they were very gentle and kind with her, unlike the company I had used in the past.
