I have worked with Jimmy, John, and their team as a rabbi for many bereavements. My experience is that they provide a consistently high level of service and attention. Jimmy really believes in his vocation and works incredibly hard, as he has for decades. Shure Funeral Home is a treasured resource for the Jewish Community of greater New Haven.
Jimmy and John were very good before the fees were paid. We asked if the grave side service would be recorded, we were told that it would be available for the out of town relatives on a Zoom format and on a thumb drive. As it turned out the first 60 seconds were recorded, then the screen went black. John informed us that the recording company still had the Zoom video and it was still intact at a cloud platform.
