I beleive this place fulfills the orders for “The Gator Tone Music store” via Reverb who sold me a brand new instrument that broke within two weeks of receiving it. They then did nothing to help me procure a replacement, offer a refund, and now I am left with a broke cuatro. Buyer beware!
