Today Dr. Shuqair identified a 2 yr old injury to my right side that 2 prior doctors ruled as rotator cuff wear (one offered to send me for cortisol shots). Dr. Shuqair took diagnostic video, then sat with me and showed me how my whole structure was misaligned, like a car with a subtle twist to it's frame from a serious accident. This appointment validated 2 yrs of doubt and pain and by the end of it we had gone through the science of the issues I was having, developed a plan and even practised my first round of exercises.
