My son had a bad knee injury at the beginning of the summer due to track and field incident. He spent 6 weeks in a cast follow by 6 weeks of Physiotherapy with Sal Shuqair. Not only did Sal work with my son on his initial injury but he showed him exercises to improve his posture, preventing any further injuries from happening. He took extra time to show him proper ways to prepare for physical activities. He showed us specific exercises structured around him to do before and after these events.
