I listened to the commercials on the radio about this lawyer and everything I heard was a lie. They don't have a lawyer for everybody. For everything what I contacted them, they said they could not help me. And they sent me through a network of other lawyers that wanted to charge me and I refuse to pay him. I've been waiting since the beginning of December to have my medical debt settled by this firm. They've hardly contacted me the last couple of months and I've received no updates on my case. I would've been better off just going straight through the other parties insurance. I've already had a bill go to collections because of them dragging their feet.
Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys completely failed me. The communication was absolutely HORRIBLE from start to finish. Ms. Nichole Pless and “Attorney” Jenkins dropped the ball in every way possible. Calls went unanswered, updates were nonexistent, and I constantly felt ignored and left in the dark. I I’ve called and left messages but nothing. Here it is 3 months later from my other review. I would never use or refer to this people again. They have drug their feet with this VERY SIMPLE case and continue to run my son in circles and do not return phone calls. Whoever Chip is should be fired.
