Worst customer service ever. I bought a $1,000 powered rocker/recliner chair and got it in May 2021. The power source quit two times since that time. The motor had to be replaced the last time. The owner of the store told me that I use the chair too much. It's not meant to be used that much. I'm single and live by myself. I use the chair in the evenings and I do sleep in it. This business refused to assist me with servicing a Flex steel couch. The adds are funny, the service STINKS! Go someplace else!!

Ordered a loveseat on July 9th at shunk furniture store on us-41 in Marquette MI. After waiting over 2 months for my lazy boy loveseat. I had to call the store for an update. Was told item would be in next week, someone would call when my item was in to schedule delivery. Over a week goes by, no call. I call and am told my item is in someone will call to set up delivery.
