Mr. Mattress is GREAT! Shunk Furniture of Marquette is a great furniture store! I have purchased all of my home's furniture here - great selection, great customer service, great sales people. Delivery service was super too. I did special order some items (allowed me to get a custom look that no one else has) which took a bit longer but products were well worth the wait and look great in my home! Thanks Shunks!

Will Never do bussiness there again! I have recently purchased an Ashley Brand, Sectional Sofa from my local retailer in Marquette, MI. Since I have purchased this furniture, I have had numerous problems with the furniture and the retailer. After all the problems I have incurred, the retailer, by the name of Shunks, refuses to let me return the furniture. Average furniture Shunks has pretty average furniture and prices. They definitely don't have anything high-end or unique, but if you are looking for an affordable, basic piece of furniture, its fine.

Does not honor warranties and sells junk I purchased a mattress set that fell apart within 7 months. Shunks has not honored the warranty and has been extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Never will I shop there again.

Shoppers Beware! No return/no refunds Home of Mr. Mattress......what a joke....Very pleasant sales staff, and helpful. I'm sure they are quite happy to sell anything there!!!!! When one spends over $500.00 for a new mattress/box spring you can buy one anywhere, why go to Shunks? I went because of the advertising, it seemed on the level. Worst customer service ever. I bought a $1,000 powered rocker/recliner chair and got it in May 2021. The power source quit two times since that time. The motor had to be replaced the last time. The owner of the store told me that I use the chair too much. It's not meant to be used that much. I'm single and live by myself. I use the chair in the evenings and I do sleep in it. The last time it was in for repairs it took 7 weeks to get the chair back. It was broke for 2 weeks prior to them picking it up. They picked ... read more

Ordered a loveseat on July 9th at shunk furniture store on us-41 in Marquette MI. After waiting over 2 months for my lazy boy loveseat. I had to call the store for an update. Was told item would be in next week, someone would call when my item was in to schedule delivery. Over a week goes by, no call. I call and am told my item is in someone will call to set up delivery.
