I purchased two sofas from this store and regret this decision. The original customer service was great, probably because they were making a sale. Once the couch arrived broken however, that is when the trouble started. They went good on repairing it for free (as they should, we notified them very promptly of the issue. It absolutely arrived broken on the bottom mechanism). We live 60 miles away so they came to us. They were not equipped to fix it on site and had to take back 1/2 of the couch.
