As a first-time customer, I was impressed with the service, but the professionalism deteriorated when the owner's personal interests were not reciprocated. I have documentation of our text communication. Being from out of town, I was surprised by the unprofessional behavior, which is not customary in my area. My time management is complex, juggling a third-shift job, college coursework, and ensuring my sons receive necessary services.
