Thank you Todd and Savaty for all the endless projects we give you!!! You two really are the best! We gave them one projects, which turned into many more and they never missed a beat. They were very communicative, for example, letting us know the waterline in the basement needed updates, letting us make the choice to fixed it instead of pressuring us, and being honest with the cost. Very greatfull for what Shumway homes and development have done for me, more than I could have imagined. Todd shumway is a down to the earth guy. Easy to work and get along with. Not many people like him left in this world. Highly recommend for a complete home build or just excavation and concrete, like what I did.
Todd is the absolute best. We worked with him previously for our new home and we cannot say enough about how hard working he is.
