Biggest mistake we have ever made. There is a reason that they are struggling to stay in business. The home will be finished late and not have a warranty with it.
Biggest mistake of my life. Don't buy a house from them. They do not honor warranty. They will not even respond to warranty request. Their BBB affiliation has been revoked due to this. They will do everything to sell the house but after that they will just disappear.
Love my Home – I built a Shumaker Home and have been really happy with my new home! The quality is excellent, and it is a Certified Green Home!
Biggest con artists in town! – I would never live in or buy a house from this company! Beware of their promises that the house is under full warranty and they have been "builder of the year" for 4 years running. RUN AWAY before you even think of buying a Shumaker home!
