Very rude.
Do not recommend, did not take my son as a patient with Medicaid because he did not have enough points on their grading system to get much need braces. He recommended him to an oral surgeon and contradicted himself as to whether orthotics was needed. He got paid for the consultation and office visit and then wanted to be done. I am glad I got a second opinion and got a in my opinion professional orthodontist. He is now getting the care refused by Dr. Shultz because Medicaid would not pay.
