Rude unprofessional office Every time coming on appointment day and without informed they canceled. It happens 2 times. They schedule appointment for 3-4 months waiting for that and when we come they saying oh we cancel you appointment. Rude girl sitting a window!! Absolutely not seriously doctor!

Clean , sharp office. Yes there are a lot clients in the big office. Using just a little patience I was able to get my phone calls answer, the wait time at the office was reasonable and the cataract surgery by Dr Chang was perfect.

I would give the drs here a 5star. But the billing was not good. I was billed in the mail multiple times for a visit that was paid for on the day of the visit. I called and it was revised. Hopefully billing can improve

The most incompetent medical front desk I have ever encountered. I had called twice before my appointment to make sure that my insurance was accepted by this office. I was willing to wait the 2 weeks for my appointment after they assured me that my insurance was accepted. After driving 2 hour in traffic and taking a half day from work, I was informed at the desk that my insurance was not accepted by them.
