Worst service experience of all time. The car dropped off on 9.3.24 and picked up on 3.18.25. Do not use this business. My son purchased a 2017 Mustang in 2018 a cash sale. The engine was having problems, and we had it towed in on 9/3/24, for which we let them know the car would be arriving. There was zero communication per phone records until I initiated contact on 10/17 and learned our advisor's name was Andy.
